Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Business:
Annual and monthly objectives for the following :-
-Asset products - disbursement/ AUM
-Non asset products
Assessment of customer demand for new products/ services
Process Compliance:
Ensure adherence to laid down procedures and processes
Ensure correct documentation in the branch as per laid down
instructions
Report and take corrective actions on all lapses/procedural flaws
Portfolio Management:
Maintain a good portfolio quality and ensure no payment
defaults/zero delinquency
Operations Management:
Ensure cash and jewel movement as well as retention as per the
laid down instructions
HR & Admin related
Provide leadership and motivation to the branch staff
Groom the wealth managers for higher roles and responsibilities
Ensure branch discipline
